CODE OF CONDUCT

Purpose

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants at the She Developers Presents Python Mastery Workshop, we have established this code of conduct.

Expected Behaviour

• Treat others with respect and dignity
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Avoid disruptive or offensive behavior
• Comply with event rules and instructions

Consequences of Non-Compliance

• Verbal warning
• Removal from the event
• Reporting to authorities (if necessary)

Reporting Incidents

• Inform event staff or organizers immediately
• Provide detailed information about the incident

Code of Conduct Enforcement Policy

She Developers is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants at the Python Mastery Workshop. This policy outlines the procedures for enforcing the Code of Conduct and ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Enforcement Process

1• Reporting Incidents: Participants who experience or witness inappropriate behavior should report it immediately to event staff or organizers. Reports can be made in person, by phone, or via email to the contacts listed below.

2• Initial Response: Event staff will acknowledge receipt of the report and provide a response within 24 hours.

3• Investigation: The incident will be investigated promptly and fairly, with consideration of all relevant evidence and statements from involved parties.

4• Determination: If a violation of the Code of Conduct is found, appropriate action will be taken, up to and including removal from the event and reporting to authorities if necessary.

5• Appeal: Participants who are subject to enforcement action may appeal the decision in writing to the event organizers within 24 hours.

This policy applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff.

Inappropriate Behavior

Unacceptable behavior includes harassment, intimidation, logging or taking screenshots for harassment, publishing private information without consent, violent threats, incitement of violence, creating additional accounts to harass, sexual language or imagery, insults, excessive swearing, unwelcome attention or advances, unwelcome physical contact, disruptive behavior, and other inappropriate conduct

Weapons Policy

No weapons are allowed at the event.

Consequences

Violations may result in warning, removal from the event, or reporting to authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Event staff and organizers are responsible for enforcing this policy.
• Participants are responsible for complying with the Code of Conduct and reporting incidents.
